Two easy steps
1) First download the bittorrent code see link below
http://bitconjurer.org/BitTorrent/download.html
2) Then run the following line from a bat file or command prompt in
the bittorrent directory (under program files)
btdownloadgui.exe --url
http://www.doogiebrodie.com/GrandDesigns2.mpg.torrent
(NB this is all one line and not two lines caused by the wrapping)
