Even if the signalling is wireless (ir/rf etc ) will you still been to run

I could use a pair of speakers in a place where cables can't be run without
instigating a divorce and that would drive up the cost!

They would only need to be for rear surround sound and as such needn't be
of
teh highest fidelity.

Anyone tried them - any comments?
