Patrick,
Appreciate this isn't a recommendation (apart from plugging ourselves!),
but most people (well all to be honest, as it isn't launched yet), don't
know that we will soon be offering e-mail hosting only based packages,
as well as the usual packages including website hosting.
We're happy for the domain to not be transferred to us at all (just the
mx records pointed)
I know we have several customers on the list so if you're interested
they'll hopefully give you a review of our service. :)
