[OT] e-mail hosting

I need POP3 e-mail hosting and forwarding for half a dozen addresses
using existing domain over which I have control of the DNS records. I
have tried contacting Yahoo! Small business, and they won't deal with
anyone outside the US. Rapid Hoster also fail to reply to enquiries.
Google turns up a myriad of outfits, but most (all?) seem to demand
transfer of the domain, or otherwise look fly by night. I'd be very
grateful for any personal recommendations for alternative professional
co's.
