Depends on the total rating for the PSU.
You havent mentioned what they are but from above

Qtechnology = 235 (max for 3.3+5) + 348 = 583W

SilentMaxx = 276 (max for 3.3+5) + 228 = 504W (Assuming 19A @ 12V is
correct)
or	276 (max for 3.3+5) + 348 = 624W (If 29A @ 12V if a typo which I doubt)

>From searching I have found a page listing the SilentMaxx 503 so I
guess it
is 19A.
