Basically what your trying to do is:

1) Cause the saved game to trigger an overload in the memory, crash
the xbox and load evox.
2) Once in evox you can set the IP address and ftp to the xbox, load a
different dashboard + XBMC.

The difficult part is getting the saved game onto the xbox, if you
have an action replay memory card it easy. If you don't you need to
load it up from an already hacked xbox on to the memory card or you
can use a USB memory card but this requires a lead with a male xbox
controller plug to female USB (you say you have this). You then need
to format the memory stick from the xbox, stick it in your PC and use
the action replay software to transfer the saves to the memory stick.
Put is back into the xbox and either copy the save to the xbox or when
you load the game load the save from the memory card.

All the necessary software is available from the usual sources (google
and IRC) except for the original games.
