New electrical regulations cause first deaths?

It has been reported on another forum that there have now been 3
fatalities into the UK as a result of the new wiring colour harmonisation.

I have not been able to validate this claim, and wondered if anyone
else had heard similar?

The two-phase colours for cabling are blue and brown. For a
three-phase they are apparantly blue, brown and BLACK.

The deaths have, it is claimed, occured because electricians have
plugged in equipment to a black cable, believing it to be neutral, and
found that rather than a live -> neutral connection, they have a phase
1 -> phase 2 connection, so a 440v shock.

Not nice.

M.
