Used by some modern TV's for interchanging data with set top boxes=20
etc. Not widely implemented. Used by Pace Analogue satellite=20
recievers to enable two decoders to be connected to the same Decoder=20
SCART.

Indeed you cant. The only reason you can use RGB and Composite at the=20
same time is that many manufacturers of domestic AV kit actually used=20
Composite Video as sync instead of true Compsite Sync.=20

Noticed a Phillips Freeview box (something 500) in Tesco the other=20
night for =A369.95 that could select between RGB, Composite and S-Video=20
on its main SCART.
I have also mentioned SAGEM freeview boxes before. The ones with two=20
SCARTS can be configured to output RGB from the TV Scart and S-Video=20
from the VCR Scart.
