So either you have sent this email from a handheld device in the DIY shed

are awaiting the arrival of the licenced/authorised person to fit it for
you.
Surely you would consider fitting it yourself having paid two or three
times
the cost that the electrical contractor would have paid for the same item.

Bloody hell!!!
I would expect that having gone through the registration process thy would
have perfected their trade. I dont want someone who is still practising....
I want someone who knows what they are doing :-)
