Perhaps it depends on who you end-up dealing with on the customer
services end...

A week or two ago I ordered a stack of stuff for Christmas all of it
in stock (well I thought so) and on free delivery.

Couple days later I looked at the estimated delivery time and it was
showing the end of Jan! When I queried it, they split out the item
causing the delay (which was for me) and shipped everthing else.
