Hi All,

At least it is not just me then!

The business model at Amazon appears to of changed, whereas over the
last few years I bought everything from them where they matched my
requirements, because I knew they would deliver, the last 6 months of
orders have all suffered the same fate.

Dispatching soon, displayed for days, with estimated delivery dates
been and gone. I suspect they are not carrying the stock they used
to, and pull in from third parties before sticking an Amazon box
round it and shipping on.

Repeated calls for explaination of the situation has fallen on deaf
ears.

Considering the scary amount of money I have spent with them over the
years, I would of thought I would at least get a non robot reply.

I now refuse to use Amazon in all but the most impossible to avoid
situations.
