Top 3 People attempting to ruin xmas

Ok,

here are my top 3...

1. Dutch tax office for being totally useless and failing miserably to
refund my tax (due October 15th). Saying different things every time you
phone and basically not knowing their arse from their elbow.

2. Amazon, for waiting a WEEK to tell me that an xmas present was out of
stock - particularly as it was IN stock when ordered.

3. New York Pizza for giving me food poisoning this week so I had to use
tossers like Amazon to do my shopping...
