Does anyone have any experience with Win2003 server and Epia mobos ?

A freind is setting up a Home server and would like to go small and quiet

Anyone you know be able to advise if the EPIA PD 6000E & Cubid 3688

would be capable of running windows 2003 server at a decent rate of knots
(obviously given a gig or so RAM)?

can't get any answer from mini-itx.com :-(
