Smarthome  are a large company with "checkout people on the till"

Well, I'd now like to add that SmartHome have BAD service. Placed the=20
order, but needed to cancel (found another UK supplier) - they have=20
REFUSED to cancel - only been an hour and 15 mins since I placed the=20
order. The order has not left their warehouse.

That's the first and very last time I ever used SmartHome.com. How many=20
people are on this list - a few thousand ??

I have used Smarthome a few times.. fairly good
service.. even let me keep an US X10 RF remote sent to
me by mistake :)
