Hi Rob,

Havent tried it yet but I did receive the following infomation from a
friend....

"Just to provide you with some information on SP2. In order to install
SP2,
you need to be using a valid product key. To find out, right click on My
Computer, choose Properties and look at your PID. It is in the following
format:

xxxx-640-xxxxxxx-xxxxx

If yours has the string 640 then it is fine, however if yours has 641 - 649
then you may get locked out of your system after you have applied
SP2."
