I bought the same unit for my electric screen. I gave up with it in the
end.
The only way I could get it to kinda work was by sending a set of x10 dim
commands.. about 5 or 6 from Homeseer. This would often result in it
stopping short by a few inches when closing. Very annoying. I wasn't really
very pleased with the unit or it's unsuitability of controlling the screen
so I assigned in to the junk box in the attic. Personally, I would never
recommend them to anyone for the use of controlling an electric screen.

I am a little confused as to what the point of having this unit is
at all now.

Surely it must have some functional level of accuracy built in, or
it would be useless for blinds as well, and my screen has no limit
stop where I need it, I would expect few to do so. (that is a
spurious comment admittedly)

I take it this is Phil Harris of LetsAutomate, I will probably
contact you tomorrow to discuss the suitability of this unit...
