Mine gets screwed up regularly. A power cycle is usually the cure.
I usually have to hard boot mine 2 or 3 times a month (sometimes more
frequently).
It usually happens when I don't have the time to listen to their music on
hold service and when I do have the time, the box is working, so I tend to
forget :-)
