Not sure I'm with you there, All the adresses in use are within
192.168.16.0
so a 255.255.255.0 is entirely usable

Not sure if it makes much difference, but you need to widen the subnet to
resolve the addresses correctly - 255.255.255.0 will only "see"
the last
octet of the ip address, since you are using 192.168.x.y you should
probably
make your subnet 255.255.0.0 thus "seeing" the last two octets.
That might be causing some problems...?
