Integrated LCD TV/tuner, or LCD monitor with external tuner?

Hi all,

I want an LCD TV for my kitchen, which will also be used as a home
control client. Therefore, I need something that has VGA and analogue
TV inputs.

Problem is, do I buy an integrated one that has a tuner built in, or
do I get a plain LCD monitor and get a separate tuner breakout box to
plug in?

One key restriction is size of the screen - I want a 17" screen, but
as thin as possible due to where it will be mounted.

Suggestions?

Cheers,

Keith
