Bastards - that is a PITA.
I though the 2mb service was actualy 512 upstream -maybe that was only
during the trial I was on....
Since it is the same for both the higher packages, I can see this could
backfire slightly - some ppl may downgrade to 1.5 to save a load of money
coz they don't really need 3 and 1.5 is't so far off 2.
I personally would prefer say 1mb both ways for the same money....
