You can't get them officialy, but you can get them, see earlier in the

You can get a bigger dish, but that is not related to the ability to pick
up
the channels listed, re-reading the sentence, it would look like my
ramblings would easily confuse, please ignore the bit in the brackets, and
re-read the sentence. The size of the dish is not relevant to the ability
to
pick up those channels, I can't think why I typed it in that sentence,
sorry.
