Changing a fuse box to consumer unit.

I currently have an old fusebox that I want to replace with a new consumer
unit, as well as running power to the garage and the loft.

Does anyone one have any rough figures for a sparky to come and do it for
me?

Is it worth fitting a new consumer unit in the loft too (where node0 is
going to be). I already plan to put one in the garage anyway.
