Is there a recommended best disk defragmenter out there?

I have found Diskeeper to be the best since I started using it in 1998.
The SetItAndForgetItMode means just that, it runs in the background and
does a wee bit of defragmentation when your machine is idle and stops
again before it affects your performance etc.
