Have you compared them on http://www.adslguide.org.uk/

Put Tiscali, Zen, Nildram and Eclipse into the compare.

Tiscali do not fair very well in Customer Care, Speed or Reliability.

I started with 256k and then upgraded to 512k. No problems whatsoever,
very good speeds, and even better prices. Spoke to customer care once,
they seemed friendly enough and they told me I could do most things like
upgrading online.

I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
