use a html form in the email body to write the reply back to a database

Sorry for the OT post!
I have need to collect some simple text data from about 30 colleagues (via
email) and consolidate the results in a simple table probably using Excel.
I
could just send off a request with a text file attachment with some field
labels asking them to fill in the blanks. Easy enough to extract the
replies
and consolidate to a single file with a bit of script but I wondered if
anyone had a more elegant way of doing this?
