The Geovision s/w uses it's own web server on port 80 rather than IIS -
They reckon there are no known vulnerabilities - but who knows!

No you are right i'm not weeded to IIS - it is only serving pages to
CBus
and GeoVision which do neet to run on a Win Machine.

perhaps Apache is a solution, though will CBus anf GV be just as
vunerable ?

Dean, are you actually 'wedded' to IIS? Or can you replace it with
Apache?

Open source, the right price (free) and (much) less security issues...
Not that difficult to configure...
