Trading standards officers are easily contactable by email these
days, check your local council's website for details. The TSOs
website www.tradingstandards.gov.uk has some useful information about
shoppers rights and complaining.

For best effect try both your local one and the 'home authority' for
Microland i.e. the one for the area where their head office is.
The 'home authority' is the one that will have to take any action if
it is due and will be building up a file of complaints.

Other methods of complaining that can get results include BBC
Watchdog programme and the Consumers' Association. CA have a legal
service which is free to members of the Which? Legal Service scheme
who can also give advice, or take action on your behalf for a fee.

You could also try your credit card company to see if they can help.
