Re: [OT]Shower Pumps
I've just installed in airing cupboard a 3 bar Watermill bought from BES
for
£225 (special offer, think it is normally £255+vat), supplying a pumped
main to
2 showers and a bath with shower.
Installation pretty much as Neil describes, see this

but with a 28mm link from cold to hot tank, then Surrey flange from top of
tank
(prescribed by Watermill, better air rejection I think).
Isolation 1/4 turn valves both sides of pump. Runs are in 22mm, only
dropping to
15mm at last moment, avoided elbows, pipes are bent to avoid flow
restriction.
Tremendous performance, now I'm working to reduce the noise it
generates....
