Yep, it's a common scam - bin it. (or, if you have one of the post paid
envelopes, you could always mail them a brick)

Had 2 letters this week from "Domain Registry of America" for
renewals
on
some of my domains.
I was suspicious as I hadn't heard of, or registered with this company.
Looks like it's misleading (at best).
