[OT] Outlook 2003 help please

Hi All

Techie help please.

Have installed Office 2003 together with Outlook 2003.

All is fine except it blocks just about every attachment going - I want to
make up my own mid what I get, but it seems I'm not allowed.

Can anyone tell me how to remove Level1 Security ? - It says possible if I
have exchange server, but I don't its running stand alone on my XP Pro
machine.

Also does anyone know how to stop XP blocking sharing of Program Files
directory ??

I'm trying to move files from old machine to new - but cant copy anything
