or a simpler free fudge is to download a BIOS manager - designed for
systems that cant handle large drives on their own. It has a new boot
secotr on the hard disk and you can still use Windows

Maxtor have MaxBlast - others have their own

Does that allow you to use drives that are too large for the BIOS to see ?

I have a PC that will only handle upto 32Gb so a chunk of my 40Gb drive is
useless and I have no hope of setting up a 120Gb drive for TiVo.
