2 FM Radio related Qs

Is there a device available (similair to a Video->UHF Modulator) to
allow
you to add a Stereo Audio source into the FM Aerial feed. I already
distribute FM via a Loftbox so that would give an easy way of getting MP3
to
existing stereos. I'm sure I've seen them for cars but dont know if the
aerial feed is similair ?

On a related note, many Bedside Clock/Radios have those nasty thin wire
aerials with no external aerial socket. Can they be connected to a
"normal"
external FM aerial feed ?
