Don't sweat it Rob.
Even if you find out the machine they came from, all you would find is some
poor sap with no Anti-virus software. The current breed of Virii (certainly
Bugbear and Sobig) all fake the "from address" using valid
addresses found
in the actual victim's address book.

Looking at the message headers will tell you the first "real"
smtp server
involved in the mail sending, which usually narrows it down to a given ISP,
but really, what's the point?

Personally, you are current in your own AV protection, all you can do is
spread the "gospel" of proper protection and getting your PC
patched
regularly...
