Not entirely....

Prise out the magnets at the base of the "arm" - these are quite
simply the
most powerful magnets I have ever seen, and make *exceptional* fridge
magnets... SWMBO is physically unable to prise one off the fridge door!
(with persistence, she is able to slide it to the edge of the door, and
remove it by sliding it right off at the edge). they're also sufficiently
strong to hold very thick things (like big calendars, copies of T3 etc.) on
the door, where no other "proper" fridge magnet would manage....
