Luckily I never said I wanted to add them to the X10 network.  I was
just using them as examples of equipment I have which already has UK
plugs and which is plugged in to the European mains sockets.

That said I thought one of the myriad of possible uses, although one
I wouldn't use personally, was to have the X10 system start making
your coffee for you before you get up so it's hot and ready when you
hit the kitchen... {vbg}

I'll check out some of the other suppliers mentioned in the other
messages...

I'm overwhelmed by the activity on this group... if only the other
groups I'm in were so active!  But then again I'd probably sleep
even less...

As the electricity is so close logically couldn't I just rewire the
mains plugs???
