it is on a win xp pro machines
I am seriouslly thinking about going back to win2000 on my machines.

If its on a server, it might be locked by a user. Cant remember where,
but somewhere you can kill user pipes that are locking files.

When moving a file I get an error "this file is in use"
And it is not. How can I kill any locks on a file.
I presume it some windows error.
