I used 'em about a year ago for the very same thing.
When nothing arrived for about a fortnight, I just phoned them up.
Spoke to a perfectly nice chap who told me they had been waiting on
stock and it was due the following day.
2 days later I got my splitter.
All sounded fair and square to me.
Give 'em a phone, I say.
