Merely a reference of a new project but would not be using xPL/xAP which I
would assume would be preferred.

Did I miss a mail or something? That seemed rather out of the blue?

Some of the xPL guys (myself included) are looking at the possibility of
using Mini ITx boxes with CF as a highly reliable platform for the
environment, but beyond that, I didn't see any mention of xPL in the
thread?

I hope that this wasn't a joke at our expense... It's bad enough for an
"in
community" development to not get a lot of feedback, to become the
butt of
jokes is just a bit too much.
