1.5 lbs makes a lot of difference for me dude.... Also have you seen the
screen on these babies - It's simply awesome.

Comes with bluetooth and Wireless as standard has faster RAM can take more
RAM. Battery life now rivals the Mac...

No seriously I was going to give the PowerBook a try but am from the
school that can't really use a machine with just one mouse button on it. I
was quite happy with the shell underneath the Mac's GUI but not
comfortable with the Mac as a whole... Playback of a DVD on the Sony put
it this way is way better due to it's new Onyx screen.

Anyway just my points as why I went Sony and not Mac.... You should also
bear in mind that I have my mind made up a few months back that my next
laptop would definately be a Mac but the Sony has pulled something out a
little special.

Anyway I'm not dissing the Mac at all - I still think it's a grand machine.
