A power supply specifically for the mini ITX boards. There's no picture on
the website, but there is one in the 2004 catalogue and I don't remember
seeing a fan.

Failing that, could you swap out the fan from your current PSU for a
low-noise one (Papst ?, IIRC)

All the bathroom-type extractor fans I've heard are far too noisy if you
want to work in the same room. I did consider mounting a couple of quiet PC
fans and some ducting but that project is in much the same state as many of
my others, so nothing to report yet :-(
