Yeh a lot of these boys are outa work so 'national minimum wage' should
suffice : see http://www.shaf.net/nojob.swf It's
a meg in size but worth it.

Also try one of the freelancers websites and post up a project tendered to
the lowest bidder.

Out of curiousity anyone talented in 'flash' - I need some work done.
