Re: "Laser beam" deterrent

<<It's not as if anyones
gonna pop into the local Police station to say "My
Husband/Brother/Son/friend popped round to this house to Burglarize it and
=
never came back"..>>

And they wouldn't say that why? because they might be admitting to a crime
=
or because the word "burglarize" doesn't exist in the English
language? ;)

Even better - a laser that turns up the power to incinerate intruders whe=
n
detected ;)

..of course, you might have a few little problems with the police :(=20

Who's gonna know ?? Just need a good hoover !! :-) Maybe one of
those=20
Polti Hoovers that hoover through water... It's not as if anyones
gonna=20
pop into the local Police station to say "My
Husband/Brother/Son/friend=20
popped round to this house to Burglarize it and never came back"..

If anybody decides to invent anything like this then I'll happily
buy the product...
Can you make sure it won't incinerate the Cat though please, as
SWMBO might not=20
let me buy it otherwise.. :((

Oh and can it be really cheap too please.. :-))

MH..

Paul.

Sometimes we see "laser/light beams" protecting valuable artwork
in the=20
movies. Are these for real, or do they require a smoke machine to (a) mak=
e=20
the beams visible (b) goggle to protect eye sight.

If they do exist, will they actually work? Break the beam, and an alarm=20
goes off.

Something like this would look pretty cool behind a window.
