Cheap hard drives (again)

I'm looking for the biggest drive I can afford to replace my Dells 80Gb
drive(which is 1/3 size of a 250Gb).  Due to the Dells small case I can

fit one drive internally.  And as the machine is on 24/7 and near our
bedroom I'm looking for it to be quiet if poss.

Anyone had any issues with Hitachi Deskstars?
