Can anyone recommend me a switch as follows:
- 16+ ports
- 10/100 fully switched
- at least 300Mb/sec backplane
- silent
Note that the SILENT requirement is absolute. Not even a small fan is=20
acceptable.
If the spec can't be met, then an alternative would be a pair of 8-
port ones, but note the need for the 300Mb/sec backplane, so they'd=20
have to be properly stackable.
Any recommendations? Price is, of course, an issue, but less=20
important than the other requirements.
Don't need managed... VLANs are handled elsewhere in a room which can=20
cope with a small amount of noise :-)
