Re: Is this old news?
You're allowed, by law, to record from TV and keep the recording for a
'reasonable period' - which is generally considered to be 1 month - and
then
you are supposed to erase it. But who ever does?

I also think its illegal to record programs off the TV onto VCR etc. but
does anyone really enforce this!?
