You may want to get a propper CCTV switcher with sequancing and possibly

arm=20
triggerd switching instead of a scart switcher.
Otherwise, yes, you can cascade input selectors, but some are so crap
quali=
ty=20
that one is passable, but 2 will lead to loss of sync sometimes.
