Have you not got TRV's on the radiators ?

The whole purpose of having the Thermosat in that location is its cold,

all rooms benifit, to over come this have TRV's on the Radiator, execpt
one( check your boiler Spec) that way each individual room is conrtolled.
This leads to a much more efficeitn and comfortable system for the whole
house.
