Is the TM13 an "all housecode" one? If it is then what *SHOULD*
happen is
that the internal appliance module should respond to unit code 1 of
whatever
housecode is set on the dial *EXCEPT* for the "P" housecode where
the
internal appliance module will respond to unit code 1 of any housecode.

It should certainly be broadcasting the RF codes that it receives ... Marks
suggestion of setting another AM12 module to the same houseode and unitcode
1 is a good one.

Mark, It was an AW10 that wouldn't turn off ... not an AM12 ... the AW10 is
the wall switch. If it's not possible to turn the appliance off by X10
*AND*

however if the switch is only refusing to turn off by X10 then it is likely
that the appliance connected to the switch is generating enough mains noise
when "on" that it is masking any further X10 signals from
reaching the
switch.

As you say that it is both X10 and physical control that has broken down
then I'd suspect the switch - not sure whether it's from us or not (not at
work at the moment) but if it is then contact me by email at work (or
contact the dealer you bought it from) and arrange for a replacement.
