Yes

Yes, on ADSL

Adequate for conversation without problem. The limiting factor is the
quality of the microphone, in that some people are still using the
little ones built into laptops.

Adjunct yes, replacement no. There are still far too many people I
talk to who do not have VOIP.

Windows software - SJPhone.
