For the server?

If so then I'd say you don't need to...

...the original processor and mobo in the DVD server was a P2 450 with
256Mb
and even when being hit by 5 playback clients simultaneously the processor
loading never got above 26%.

I only changed the mobo because the keyboard and mouse ports were f*cked
and
I needed to get into the BIOS. :-D
